Today, we had the honor of helping out a very worthy animal resuce organization- Paws For Life. We had a great time meeting everyone that came out to support what they do for all the animals. They did a fundraiser today at Cloverlanes Bowl and had a great turnout.
We donated 25% of our sales today and pet beds for their silent auction.
They are always looking for donations and volunteers. Here is their list of most needed items:
Wish List
- Scoopable cat litter- Litter boxes- Dog and cat toys- Adult cat dry food (Chicken Soup for Cat Lover's Soul, Science Diet, Wellness, Nutro)- Kitten dry food (Chicken Soup for Kitten Lover's Soul, Science Diet, Wellness, Nutro)- Canned cat and kitten food- Cat scratching posts, cat towers, cat condos- Dog and cat collars, leashes- Dog and cat beds- Cages, crates, carriers- Flea prevention drops- Heartworm medication- Gas cards
I will post this on Twitter and Facebook for all our friends. I would like to urge everyone to support at least one local shelter, whether it be with your time, money or supplies.
These people work at hard to foster, love and give the most t.l.c. anyone could ever give.
Our new kitten, Mattie was a rescue kitten from Paws For Life. Her mama, Abby is still available for adoption. Give a rescue animal a home and a new life! They deserve it!
Don't forgot to vote for Paws For Life by clicking here. Every vote counts. They can win $100,000 to keep their shelter going.

Help Fund Petfinder.com Foundation & Feed Animals
This is pretty simple... Please ask ten friends to each ask a further ten today! The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily so they can meet their quota of getting FREE FOOD donated every day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute (about 15 seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals for free'. This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! Please pass it along to people you know. http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/ AGAIN, PLEASE TELL 10 FRIENDS!
